Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Khalas, an Android app published by HabibiApps. By downloading or using Khalas, you agree to these terms.

What Khalas provides

Khalas helps you create routines, complete their steps, and review your history. You are responsible for the routines you create and for how you use the app.

Not medical advice

Khalas is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Any medication-related step you create is your own entry; Khalas does not prescribe, verify, or monitor medication.

Free and Premium access

The free tier includes two routines with up to four steps each and seven days of history. Premium unlocks unlimited routines, longer routines, and full history while the subscription remains active.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and managed using Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Deleting Khalas does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Google Play processes payments and handles refund requests under its refund policies. HabibiApps does not receive your card details and cannot directly issue a Google Play refund.

Your data and device

Your routines, steps, and logs are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before uninstalling Khalas or losing access to your device. Uninstalling the app deletes its local data.

Acceptable use

You may use Khalas for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass subscription controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Ownership

Khalas, its design, text, and software belong to HabibiApps or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, change, or discontinue parts of Khalas. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

No warranty

To the extent allowed by law, Khalas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, HabibiApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of Khalas. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Khalas during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use Khalas after an update means you accept the revised terms.
