Privacy Policy

The plain version: Your routines, steps, and logs never leave your device unless you choose to export and share them. Khalas has no accounts, analytics, ads, tracking, crash reporting, or backend.

Who we are

Khalas is an Android app published by HabibiApps. Its package name is com.habibiapps.routines. Questions about this policy can be sent to khalas@habibiapps.com.

Routine data

Your routines, steps, completion logs, and settings are stored in an SQLite database on your device. We do not receive, upload, or have access to this data. We run no server or backend for Khalas, and the app makes no network calls of its own.

No account and no tracking

Khalas does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or user profile. Khalas contains no analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting tools.

Subscriptions and third parties

If you buy Premium, two third parties handle the transaction:

RevenueCat manages subscription status. It receives purchase and transaction information, an app-generated anonymous user ID, and device identifiers. Read RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Google Play Billing processes payment. HabibiApps never sees your card details. Google handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

These services are used only to provide and verify your subscription.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by your device’s operating system. There is no push-notification server, and notification data does not leave your phone.

Exporting your data

You can export your routines, steps, and logs to a file. Exporting is entirely initiated by you and happens on your device. Once you share that file, the destination you choose is responsible for it.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling Khalas deletes the routine data stored by the app because it is all local. Purchase records held by RevenueCat or Google are separate. See our data deletion instructions for requests concerning those records.

Permissions

Khalas requests internet and network-state permissions for subscription checks; notification, vibration, boot-completed, and wake-lock permissions to schedule and re-arm daily reminders; and app-badge permission. Khalas does not request location, camera, contacts, or storage access.

Children

Khalas is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data, and to receive a portable copy. Khalas cannot access or act on your local routine data because it never reaches us. You control that data through the app’s export feature and by uninstalling the app.

For subscription-related data held by RevenueCat or Google, contact us at khalas@habibiapps.com or follow the third party’s privacy process. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International processing

RevenueCat and Google may process subscription-related information in countries outside your own. Their privacy policies describe their safeguards and processing locations.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
