Support
Does Khalas sync between devices?
No. Routine data lives only on the device where you created it. Khalas has no account, cloud sync, server, or backend.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing. A missed day does not punish you, erase your history, or lock anything. You can continue when you are ready.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open Google Play, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Khalas → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
How do I request a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Submit the request through Google Play.
How do I get my data out?
Use Khalas’s export feature to create a file containing your routines, steps, and logs. You choose where to save or share it.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall Khalas to delete all locally stored routine data. For subscription records, follow the steps on the data deletion page.
Is my data private?
Your routine data never leaves your device unless you export and share it. Khalas has no analytics, ads, tracking, crash reporting, or accounts. RevenueCat and Google Play receive limited information needed to manage a subscription.
Why does Khalas request internet access?
Internet and network-state permissions are used for subscription checks. Khalas makes no network calls of its own.
How do reminders work?
Your one daily reminder is scheduled locally by Android at the time you choose. There is no push server, and ignoring it does nothing.
